Q: What is Astro? Astro is a non-custodial perpetuals aggregator. You connect your wallet, trade on multiple venues through one interface, and keep full control of your funds.

Q: Do I need a referral to use the app? At launch, yes. You must select referral code from dropdown.

Q: Which chains and wallets are supported? EVM and Solana wallets are supported (smart accounts included). You sign from your own wallet.

Q: Where can I export my private key? In Settings → Security you can export the private key for your Turnkey wallet. Only do this if you understand the risk: anyone with that key can control the account. Store it offline and never share it.

Q: When are trading fees charged? Are closes free? Fees are charged once when you open a position. Closing is free.

Q: What rewards can I earn (cashback, points, referrals)?

• Cashback: weekly rebate on the Astro fees you generated, based on your rank (roughly 5%–25%).

• Points: activity points for eligible trading. Multipliers may run during promotions.

• Referrals: 3 levels of fee share from your downline (20% / 3% / 2%).

Q: Can I farm both Astro points and venue points? Yes. Your trades can earn Astro points and, where supported by the connected venue, venue-native points or incentives at the same time. Venue programs vary by venue and may change.

Q: How are points calculated, and what do they equal? Points accrue from eligible activity; current multipliers (if any) are shown in-app. We are not releasing information on what points equate to. Any future use or redemption will be announced later.

Q: How do referrals work? After $1,000 of trading volume, you can create a referral code. When users join with your code and trade, you earn 20% / 3% / 2% of their Astro fees across L1/L2/L3. Earnings are tracked and claimable in-app; claims may be delayed if fraud is suspected.

Q: Do cashback and points stack? Yes. Your trading can earn both weekly cashback and points. Referral revenue is separate and comes from your downline’s fees.

Q: Do you sponsor gas? Yes, only for on-chain deposits, bridges, and withdrawals (never for trade opens/closes). A fee may be charged for each sponsored gas transaction.

Q: What is the minimum deposit? Minimum deposit is $10.
